OUT OF BOUNDS Defined by walls, metal posts in the fences and reference stakes. When it is walls, it will be the part of the walls closest to the course which defines the out of bounds. When there is a white strip painted on the ground, it will be this strip which defines the out of bounds. The nursery on the 16th hole on the right of the path and the exterior edge on the right of the path on the 18th hole, both marked with white paint, define the out of bounds on this hole.
PROTECTIVE NETTING ON THE COURSE The protective netting on the course is considered an Immovable Obstruction. Players may relieve themselves with Rule 24-2 both on the lie of the ball and in the Swing and Stance Area (Placement).
OBSTRUCTIONS
MOVABLE. Stones in the bunkers are considered movable and may be removed without penalty (Rule 24-1).
IMMOVABLE. All asphalted paths. Players may relieve themselves without penalty (Rule 24-2b).
GARDENED AREAS.
COURSE UNDER REPAIR
All areas enclosed with White or Blue Paint: marked with the TR indication and/or marked with blue stakes. All balls lying in these areas cordoned off with white or blue paint may be lifted and dropped without penalty according to the procedure described in Rule 25-1.
Roman Ruins Hole 14. The Roman village on the 14th Hole, is considered course under repair, where play IS PROHIBITED. Players will drop without penalty according to Rule 25-1, at the point nearest the relief where the ball lies, without gaining distance to the flag, or in the dropping area if this is marked.
TRIMMING WORK All branches and trimming remains accumulated on the edges of the holes will be considered T.R. and balls may be dropped without penalty.
PENALTY FOR BREACH OF THESE LOCAL RULES: 2 penalty strokes
